Digital Marketing Intelligence is the application of business intelligence techniques and tools in the digital world. Thanks to data management, opportunities are identified automatically, many of them based on our competitors and others on ourselves. These opportunities are the key to decision making within the organization and have a direct impact on the ROI results of marketing actions.

Theme 5. New consumer insights

Case study and presentation (students will work on a real case and will present the final report of the data analysis).

Subject planning could be modified due unforeseen circumstances (group performance, availability of resources, changes to academic calendar etc.) and should not, therefore, be considered to be definitive.


TEACHING AND LEARNING METHODOLOGIES AND ACTIVITIES:

Teaching and learning methodologies and activities applied:

MD1 Theoretical and practical classes. Through master classes, with different class activities the student will be explained in detail all the key concepts fo digital intelligence and its influence in the marketing decisions.
 
MD2. Tutorials  will be carried out, both in class and individual groups.
Being the first subject that will be taught and evealuada in English, the tutorials will be a key factor for the assimilation and understanding of students.
 
MD3. Practical classes. The theoretical classes will be accompanied by practical work in the class. The resolution of real business cases and the defense in the class of compulsory group work will allow the student to assimilate the key concepts always with a current and business character.
